We don't sell, you buy! We will supply you with truthful information so you can decide for yourself. We strive to make your interactions with us as stress
free and friendly as possible and we will not play mind games or tricks to get you
to buy an RV. It is 100% your choice to buy or just look!
Order Process
Once you've decided on a configuration and are ready to buy, we require a non-refundable 10% deposit to place your
order with the factory. The deposit is non-refundable to help offset delivery cost to our location in the
unlikely event you can not purchase the unit you've ordered. Deposits should be mailed to:

Your unit will built and ready for pickup or delivery usually within 6 weeks. Payment in full, or completed
paperwork if financing, is expected before the unit leaves Topeka, Indiana.
Pre Delivery Inspection
Even though the Cherokee Factory has inspected and approved your RV, our technician in Topeka re-inspects all systems and
appliances a second time. A 12 volt deep cycle battery is installed and the LP tanks are filled.
If you plan on picking the unit up in Topeka IN, our technician will provide a detailed walk through of your new
Cherokee.
Additional fees
Sales tax is only collected if you pick the unit up from our Tucson Arizona location. If you have the
recreational vehicle delivered to your home, or if you pick it up in Indiana, no tax is collected.
You'll most likely have to pay sales tax when you register it at your local rate. You will never be double
taxed.
An $85 documentation fee is charged on all sales. This fee offsets the recordkeeping requirements of a licensed
Dealership. All Automotive and RV Dealers charge a doc fee. Ours is very low in comparison.
An optional 90 day license plate is available for $30. This is useful if you plan on picking your new Travel
Trailer or Fifth wheel up in Topeka, IN.

Delivery
Delivery is computed using www.MapQuest.com to determine the mileage from Topeka IN to your location. Multiply
the mileage by $1.75 for a worst case estimate. A licensed and insured Transport company will bring your new
Cherokee right to you!
Canadian Buyers
We cannot deliver into Canada. You can pick up your new unit in Topeka, Indiana, or arrange transport from
Topeka, IN to a port of entry. You will want to have the unit built to the CSA Z240
standards that allow for painless import into Canada. You should consider contacting a Canadian Customs
Broker, as they are most knowledgeable of the process involved to import a recreational vehicle. Please keep
in mind all amounts are U.S. dollars.
